How The System Works

Receiving Customer Order
Waiter receives customer order and make payment transactions with handheld device or waiter input directly into POS Machine Delioud PICO
With Table Layout design, it is easy for the waiter to check the status of the table, serve menu and process customer’s bill.
In addition to receiving orders and make payment transactions. Waiter can also see the status of the table (still empty, already booked, waiting for the order and is completing transaction) by picking up the handheld device.

Order Notice in Kitchen
Order list Appear in Kitchen Display System
Kitchen display system serves to display the list of orders that must be made by Chef. when the order is finished Chef must touch the KDS screen to indicate when the order has been prepared.
Order on Print in Kitchen Printer
Kitchen printers work for print kitchen ticket. When the order is ready cashier / waitress scan the barcode listed on the kitchen ticket to complete the order.

Payment Transaction
there are two ways to make payment transactions, waiter can conduct direct transactions using POS Machine Delious PICO or perform transactions on the customer table by using a handheld device that is integrated with the POS system. Bill can be split per menu or divided according to the total amount of price and can be merged. Can print bills via handheld device.
Data Connected to Delious Cloud
Transaction and price data will connect to Delious Cloud to connect to all the stores with high security level.
